Social Media for Dealers: The CTA

If you want your Facebook or Twitter followers to do something, you’ll have to ask for it. A call-to-action (CTA) is a promotional message that urges your readers to respond to content in a specific way. Every post you make should have an objective for your audience to complete.  CTAs can include subscribing for future updates, following or liking your social media profile, filling out a contact form or directing visitors to other pages. Whatever your measurable goals are, a good CTA cashes in on your social capital by driving users to take the next desired step.
